”The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

”The beach was under construction during our stay, which certainly wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the crew worked around the clock making it hard to sleep sometimes. Had to go to the desk & trade our dirty towels for clean ones, they don’t provide housekeeping services or bring clean towels to the room. Not a bad place, just wanted something cheap on the beach & that’s what we got”

”Very clean room and property, beach access was great, only issue was the room stayed damp and wet the whole time, they needed a dehumidifier, the floor was wet and had to be careful walking, smoke alarm went off, battery died, was replaced very quickly”

”They don’t bring clean towels, you have to call and leave a message but the voicemail was full so you couldn’t leave a message. They don’t clean the room the entire time you’re there. If you need clean sheets they won’t change them they bring them in a bag for you to change. The pool area is ridiculous people save chairs and go to the beach and the chairs are empty all day, some people have two chairs one in the sun and one in the shade. They have a sign that says after 30 minutes they will...

”I recently stayed at this hotel in Myrtle Beach for four days, and while it had some bright spots, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean, and we had a fantastic beach view right from our room. Plus, it was convenient having the pool, in-room laundry, and the ability to cook in the room. ”Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”
