”Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”

”Lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed our one night stay very much. ”

”Normally I don’t give reviews but I just had to. I reached out and notified the property that my mom was hospitalized and in the CCU days before we were supposed to check in. Unfortunately my Mom passed away and I sent in her death certificate and they would not refund us our money. I’m pretty sure death is inevitable. She literally passed away the day before our family vacation. Thanks to Expedia for trying to resolve the issue.”

”I made the mistake of booking through Expedia without vetting reviews from other sources. Drove 13 hours from NY to SC w/ my kids for spring break and regretted it as soon as I looked outside at the pools. Although condition of the room was clean the outside was not. Pools were not cleaned and maintained and they had the kid pool closed down for construction unfortunately for my little one they were not able to fully enjoy the experience. ”Room had a smell. The a/c wasn't very cold. The best thing about it was the location. Walls thin, heard argument between two males dropping the f word, plus doors slamming. Not very restful.”

”Older facility, room could be updated. Automatic door lock was stock locked every time you used it. Maintenance looked at it after a few tries opened up and then walked away. Did not use the pools but they were always busy. Great location to beach. Pressured to go to a 90 minute presentation to buy into vacation sceem.”

”Check in was very smooth. Everyone was super nice. Once we got to our room I was disappointed. It was old and in need of updating. Also, and a good steam clean on the fabric chairs and couch. I didn’t even sit on them. The bed was awful. It sunk in the middle and the pillows were very hard. I was up all night. We checked out at 5 am, I couldn’t wait to get home. The best part about this hotel were the pools. I will not stay here again.”

”Nicest part was the room. I wouldn’t mind staying for the room but the door had a gap at the bottom that other rooms didn’t have. Also guest a room over were playing extremely loud music that shook the walls. They were yelling and banging on doors after 11 pm. Front desk staff basically said they could do nothing and cops would do nothing. I left to go to another place as it was not a good situation with little ones. First night went smoothly though.”
