”The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

”Clean room. Kind staff. Clean pools. Pet friendly, I enjoyed seeing all the dogs. Easy access to go between the resort and the garage. Great view n the 6th floor. Balcony was a spacious. Perfect to enjoy the ocean view. I would absolutely return.”

”We had a great time. Room & bathroom clean. Balcony overlooked beach. Small kitchenette with fridge enabled small meals, cold drinks, and snacks without going out. Had to endure one day of beach rehab in front of hotel, but other areas of the beach were still within easy walk, less than 5 minutes. Would have liked a small table on the balcony(we didn't ask if one was available). Close to some restaurants. Easy car ride to everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer. Adrian at hotel desk was great!...

”Our room was in much need of complete refurbishing. The stove was very dirty around knows. Dishes were very old and no organizing. The floor had grim and dirt between tiles. Bathtub ...So much soap grime you could scratch your name in it. Our beach view was great. The elderly lady at the desk was very nice. We did not complain to the staff but I do feel management should look behind their housekeeping staff because they are taking shortcuts.”

”The hotel was fine. We were given the opportunity to pick our floor but when we got to the room it was fitted for handicap. Shower was challenging to use because of it. Could’ve asked to move but it was so busy, we didn’t want to waste our time. Room was clean. Mattress was old. Pools has candy wrappers floating in it. Overall, the place met our needs.”

”My room was oceanfront king suite with kitchenette and 2 queens. Let's start with the hour long check in and 2 separate visits to the office. The kitchen area was not cleaned well. Especially the floor. Walking on it barefoot resulted in dirty feet. The kitchen faucet is in need of replacement. When I turned it on, it sprayed the wall and me with water. ”We liked the condo but the floors were filthy so we asked them to mop them and they were still filthy. I don't think they ever mopped them. The lady at check-in didn't give us any directions to the condo or Tell us anything about the amenities.”

The HVAC system was loud and woke us all up several times during the night I called down to the front desk to get an extra blanket and it was never brought to us.”
