”We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean upon check-in—the floor was covered in sand, there was toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror, the refrigerator was sticky, and there were stains on the bedding. The towels provided were extremely thin and rough, feeling worn out and well past their prime. The room also felt much smaller than it appeared in the photos, which seem to be heavily edited. ”The property was beautiful, the atmosphere was outstanding, employees were friendly as well as helpful. Some of the complimentary items in the shower where out and not able to be used and there was no way to clean the floors when returning from the beach. I advise you bring a small broom and dustpan just for your own comfort. Also lazy river was closed without warning ⚠️ which was something the kids and adults looked forward to.”
