”Excellent location. We’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t great but we gave it a second chance and we’re glad we did. It’s under new management and the owners are making tons of improvements including replacing the gross carpet, upgrading the AC, and fixing the elevator. They own another establishment down the street that we frequent regularly. Beach access is fantastic and even wheelchair accessible. ”The positive is there were no bed bugs however our room was not very nice. The mattress had several stabs in it, like a dozen or more where someone sliced it for some reason. I went towards budget this trip but even for a smoking room I wasn't happy to find ashes on pillows carpets etc. There was a huge gap between the AC and the outside where it didnt properly fit the window so bugs easily got inside. The room was so humid that the photos on the wall were warped. The place is terrible honestly...

”They charged us $250 deposit once we arrived this info was not posted anywhere on reservation and we had already paid so only option as to pay extra deposit or leave with no refund. No shampoo no soap in room”

”Nice, affordable place for one night. Our room was right next to the road so there was some traffic noise. Otherwise nothing to complain about!”

”The Floors were dirty our feet were BLACK from walking on them. We did let the staff know, they were very apologetic. the problem is we had to stay in there with no housekeeping to come until we checked out. there isnt anyone on site to talk to. you have to call however they will call you back if they don't answer. i just was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors”
