”The hotel is new and lovely. The people working there are amazing! The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable bed and good public transport connections. The only slight negative I would say is that we could hear people walking past our room and talking which is not the best if other quests are not considerate of sleep etc.”
”Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner.
Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep. There was only one duvet, but thankfully we got another one. The room is quite small, so it's not suitable for larger family.

”The location is good. The public areas were really small and the general feel for the hotel is that it is s 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star hotel. Not very much value for the money, so next time in London I will not come to Mandeville hotel to pay extra because of the location. However the shower on my five room flat was broken and we had to shower in the shower that was in the hallway. There was mold on the ceiling and the water was always ice cold (or i used the shower wrong). Also i can not understand how the water from the tab is not drinkable. I would never pay for that if i was a student living in thise halls….”
