    Beachfront Paradise!

    Welcome to Florence II #203, a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo located on South Padre Island! This complex is located directly on the beachfront, and has a nice outdoor area with a heated pool! Guests will have a great island vacation in this beautiful condo. The balcony offers fantastic close-up ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room is spacious, has a flat screen tv, and ample seating which allows plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils for guests to use. The dining area offers seating for 4 people plus an additional two bar stools are located at the kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The room is spacious and has a great ocean view and easy access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large countertop for guests to use and entails a tub/shower. The guest room has two full beds and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower.

    The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

    Every stay at Florence II #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Excellent

We enjoyed another wonderful stay this past winter season. SPI did a great job of accommodating us. For the past 3 winters we booked our stay through SPI and are looking forward to our stay next winter. A convenient location, beautiful view, and very comfortable.

All we expected and more

Great place to stay. Views of the beach are well worth the cost of the stay. SPI staff was great. Condo smelled of smoke when we arrived. They came right away and stayed the apartment and added air fresheners. Will stay here again.

Súper confortable

La estancia este departamento due realmente cómodo con vistas hermosas, es un departamento muy lindo, espacioso, limpio y súper equipado mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho y estamos ansiosos de regresar pronto y volver a este departamento. Great condo in the perfect location.

We had the best stay at Florence II. This is a perfect location with great and easy access to the beach. We didn't use the pool because we were so close to the beach. The condo itself was beautifully clean, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return here.

Winter Stay

The unit was well equipped for our extended stay. We enjoyed our 2 month plus stay! Some of the furniture is becoming tired, but that is very common among the island rental units. We have booked for next winter again, and are looking forward to returning. It was a great time, in a very nice condo unit

Nice Condo

Home has incredible views. Beds are comfortable. Overall the place is really nice. Floors were dirty so we kept our shoes on the whole time we were there. Both coffee pots didn't work which was really disappointing. All in all this is a nice place

Beautiful View, Great Location, and Responsive Service

Their view, location and bed/bath is just as described. We needed to find inner peace for a few days and that sunrise and close walk to the beach helped. Property was very responsive when we locked ourselves out. Wish there were two less codes to get in/out/around as that was the part that required us to have our phones that had all the codes. Dated inside but that was as advertised. Responsiveness was great and the place was just what we needed and close to everything. We were lucky enough to get to watch a rocket launch on Monday. We will be back

Great On the beach location

We selected this condo because it was in the location and good looking inside. My family of four enjoyed our time here. There a fewer units in this condo and that's good because there's more availability at the pool and hot tub to have it all to yourself. We also liked having a dedicated parking space in the garage. The master bedroom mattress was excellent- I caught up on much needed rest and slept more than I should. The best part is the view.

Appreciate the beautiful accommodations

Thank you to your team for the wonderful experience at SPI . The condo was great and the view was exceptional. We would love to return to this location with maybe a three bedroom instead of a two bedroom. Only drawback was the lack of washer and dryer in the condo itself. Thanks !
