Tämä viehätt��vä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen monitasoinen koti on täydellinen perheen vuokra, joka jättää lapset ja aikuiset onnelliseksi. Tämä yksikkö on yksi kolmesta rakennuksessa. Kodissa on iso taulutelevisio oleskelutilassa, täysin varustettu keittiö ja makuuhuoneet erittäin mukavilla patjoilla. King-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja kaksi queen-size-vuodetta makuuhuoneessa # 2. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu pystysuorassa keskustassa sijaitsevat kätevästi kodissa. Makuuhuoneessa on ranskalaiset oviaukot parvekkeelle, josta on näkymät takapihalle ja uima-altaan alueelle. Muihin palveluihin kuuluu langaton internetyhteys koko kiinteistössä. Pysäköinti ajotieltä kahdelle ajoneuvolle (toinen toisen takana)

Siellä on patio tuolia sekä takana parvekkeella että uima-altaalla. Siellä on myös kannettava hiiligrilli, pyöreä betonipöytä ja penkit, joissa on aurinkovarjo nauttiaksesi ulkokylän grillillä kylmällä juomalla. Upea SPI-ranta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Se on noin yhden korttelin päässä pääsy rannalle. Kiinteistö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Padre-bulevardista, ja kävelyetäisyydellä moniin erittäin hyviin, kuten PadreRita Grill ja Black Beards, kaksi suosikkini!

Nauti SPI: n laajasta keittiövalikoimasta tai tee omia ateriasi. Keittiössä on suurin osa perusasioista, mutta jos haluat kokata, tuo mieleisesi mausteet. Kylpypyyhkeet ja yksi liinavaatteet vuodepaikkaa kohti. Saat myös käynnistyspaketin, jossa on joitain välttämättömiä asioita, mutta suosittelemme, että tuet rantavälineitä, kuten pyyhkeitä, päivittäisiä lisätarvikkeita ja henkilökohtaisia kylpytuotteita!

Awesome Pool!

This house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two children, ages 5 and 3.5. Overall, the house felt clean, except for the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen were questionable if clean so we ended up cleaning everything before using it. The unit needs some updating and a new coat of paint would go a long way. The outside banisters were starting to rot as well. Each bathroom has a tub and shower head, however, the master bath’s shower had very little water pressure. We used the upstairs bathroom when showering. The stairs are tile and steep. We encouraged our toddlers to be careful and use the rails each time they used the steps - we didn’t have any problems. The pool area was awesome and a nice place to take a dip after spending the day on the beach. The beds were very comfortable!Overall, the unit was the right size for our family, but could use some updating. I would not deter someone from staying here, but just be aware that it could use some TLC.

Relaxing stay

Amazing condo. The location was perfect. Everything was nearby. No rowdiness. The pool was just perfect. A small perfect getaway just a few miles away from home. The stairs to the 2nd floor were a little too steep so my daughter had to stay downstairs on the sofa. We brought extra blankets for comfort which was a great idea.if you need knives do bring your own. Or knife sharpener

Much needed getaway

Perfect getaway. Easy walk to the beach, and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The house was nice and having a pool was a great alternative to the tar on the beach. Can't wait for next summer's trip.

Amazing Vacation!!

We loved our stay at Casa Caracol B! The place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed as far as cooking supplies and even some minimal cleaning supplies. The place was bigger than expected, the huge bedroom on the first floor was a big plus, and we LOVED having our own pool in the back. Although you share with others, we were always alone and felt very private! The home is a very close walk to the beach and even tons of shopping/grocery on the strip whatever you could need!! Roberto was very responsive and helped me revise my dates when I missed them up, and picked up the phone right away the few times I called. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Cute place!

Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and grill every day. Walk to and from the beach was easy-peasy; even shops and restaurants were within a 2-5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and lovely pool area

I highly recommend this condo! We were four and a pup, and the condo was perfectly comfortable, spacious, and clean. The pool area is super cute - perfect for grilling dinner while taking a swim. Also, it's a very short walk from the beach! I would definitely rent this spot from Roberto again.

This place is huge and so comfortable! It was fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs master and bathroom were much bigger than we expected with lots of storage space. Our kids loved having their own space upstairs, plus the backyard was open and spacious. They went in the pool even though it was cold. The kitchen had the basics so we could cook at home. We were able to do laundry, walk our dogs across the street and to the beach access a block away, and basically just feel at home. Just off the main road but very quiet and a park with a playground nearby. Roberto was responsive and flexible, helping when we had a problem connecting the tv and approving a later checkout. We were very happy with our stay here.

Birthday Get AWay!!

We had a great time using your condo over the long weekend..Great location...close enough to several attractions and yet far enough from all the crazy that happens closer to all the bars. The pool was great..very clean..we used the BBQ pit..and just about everything else. The Condo was very family friendly..thank you for letting us bring our dog..great location for those late night walks!! The only suggestion I might add for the next crew coming in might be to bring your own wine glasses!! We brought our favorites and I was glad that we did. I will be requesting your property again..

Very Comfortable and Convenient

I rented this condo with my adult son for a stay after Christmas 2016. I was a bit surprised to find that this two story duplex was on the second floor of the building, but was otherwise very happy with the unit. Although there was no dishwasher, the galley kitchen had everything else needed for a comfortable stay, and there's a grill outside for barbequing. The master suite was huge with its own tv, a spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space, a washer dryer combo in another closet, and a door leading to a small balcony overlooking the pool. The living area had a comfortable sectional, a large tv and a large dining table as well as stools for eating at the kitchen counter. The upstairs bedroom had two queen size beds, a nice sized closet and a full bath and its own tv as well. The only caveat is that the stairs leading up are rather steep and would not be good for small children. The unit is on a quiet street that is between the gulf of Mexico and the main street of SPI. It was within walking distance of two different public beach entrances, some good restaurants, a food store and a bike rental store. There's also a hose outside for washing sand off your feet & whatever else may need to be rinsed. For me it was great for getting the salt water residue off my dog who loved the beach and the surf. A notebook in the unit giving tips for dining and entertainment, and Roberto, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. We were unfamiliar with South Padre Island, having vacationed mostly on the Florida side of the gulf, but I'd go back in a heartbeat and would rent here again.

Perfect family rental!

Our family vacation in south padre every summer. We stayed for 3 nights and had the best time! Beds were comfortable Plenty of bath towels Kitchen is stocked with most cooking needs We used the outdoor grill for burgers by the pool! Everything is as advertised. Even bigger then we thought. The one tiny thing we didn't like we're the stairs they are quite steep and the floors are all tile so if they get wet/humid they will be very slippery! Wouldn't recommend for families with toddlers. Roberto was great had a small issue with the door lock but fixed it right over the phone! We can't wait to come back next summer had a great time! Thanks again Roberto!

nice condo

Roberto was a great host for my group. We had six people and it was a perfect fit. The king bedroom has a huge bed, dressers, nightstands, two closets, and a spacious bathroom. Not to mention the bedroom itself was big and had a bunch of room. We also had a balcony that had stairs down to the pool. The pool is secluded and well kept. I really enjoyed staying here and would give it five stars.
