Avoin oleskelu- ja keittiötila on sisustettu hyvällä maulla ja sopii hyvin romantiikkaan, rentoutumiseen tai vilkkaaseen viihdyttämiseen. Kauniit kalusteet, huippuluokan elektroniikka ja upeat näkymät täydentävät oleskelutilaa. Loma-ateriasi on helppo valmistaa nykyaikaisessa keittiössä, jossa on ruostumattomat laitteet, tilavat kaapit, kauniit graniittilasit ja kaikki tarvitsemasi ruoanlaittovälineet.

Lepoat rauhassa makuuhuoneessa, jossa on runsas king-size-vuode ja heräät upeaan auringonnousuun laajoista ikkunoista, joista on näkymät uima-altaalle ja merelle. Great location but a few things to consider

The check in process was a little cumbersome but that was mostly do to property manager/building manager requirements. It went as smoothly as can be expected. Just know there will be a few more forms to sign than a typical VRBO. The apartment level(10th) floor gave amazing views. The apartment was super clean and had some basic necessities to make the first getting settle easy. The place is right next door to Margaritaville and access to the beach is literally just a walk out the gate by the pool and you're there. We had only one issue and one thing to consider if you're staying. Our one issue is the kitchen utensils, specifically the knives, didn't work well. I mean we couldn't cut bell peppers they were so dull. Bring your own knives. The consideration was that the mattress in the master was very firm. If you're not able to sleep on a firm mattress it might be a thing. The furniture in the pictures does not match what's in the apartment but it's better more comfortable so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall we enjoyed our beach get away at this location.

My biggest complaint is there were like 2 luggage carts. We had planned on stopping for groceries before we arrived on the island but with the confusion on check in, we decided to wait. I’m so glad we did! There is no one there to help get luggage moved to room, which was new to us. I’m fine with getting my own stuff but have luggage carts, NOT shopping carts! I felt like a homeless beach bum carting my stuff around. Not to mention it took 4 carts to move all our stuff. The room locks also need to be updated. Key Cards that lose their ability to unlock the door if kept close to a cell phone is completely antiquated. Also, a silicone bracelet that can be slipped off and on instead of the cheap, tight, plastic resort bracelets need to be replaced. These are suppose to be the most luxurious condos on the island, but these few things made it feel like a cheap vacation rental when I stepped out of my condo. They are easy fixes and really not even expensive fixes.

False Advertising

They said a restaurant and bar was available next door but that was not true. They were closed for renovation and did not tell use when they took our money. It was a holiday week so we paid higher than necessary to get access so we did not have to drive. It was false advertising and they would not compensate us. Wasted extra money to get this location. Be careful with what they promise.

First, the good: location, pool, beach access are wonderful! Second, the not good: furniture is old, broken, and dirty. This is not a comfortable condo to hang out in. While the beds were comfortable, the bedding and bath linens were not great. We were given 2 towels per bathroom (worn and cheap) and the king size pillows had standard size pillow cases. We had to buy additional trash bags as well. The kitchen is not well-furnished so we ended up eating out every night. We had a great stay, but would not reserve this room again.

Nice condo, loud music

The condo itself was very nice with nice views, however, we stayed during Spring Break and the Holiday Inn next door hosted parties for college kids 3 nights in a row that blared music so loud nobody could sleep until it stopped at 2am every night. Also the pools were completely drained and inaccessible during our entire stay which was not mentioned by anybody at any time. Very disappointing.

PARADISE!

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. The resort, the island, the people, and everything about SPI exceeded our expectations! It was absolute paradise; The near 180° view, the condo, the pool, the beach! All superb! We are already talking about bringing our 5 kids every fall, to share the beauty of the island with them! We cannot thank you enough!

Good resort, dirty condo, high priced

This property needs updating and cleaning. The cooktop was chipped,, living room furniture dirty, and there was hair in drains. Advertised as 2 kings, but there was only 1. We would not stay here again. Check in was cumbersome. For the price, would definitely find something else.

The condo was amazing! The views of the ocean from both of the patios was perfect. The style and design of the condo as very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Will rent this same condo! It has everything needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Thank you!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Sapphire. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Weather was great too & beach wasn’t super crowded. Just watch for jellyfish . The one thing we would have liked was to have a restaurant on site. The Pearl next door had an outdoor bar & grill just a short walk away, but would have been nice to have one at the Sapphire as well.

GREAT APARTMENT

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and amazing! Perfect vicinity to the beach. The pool is wonderful. Overall, would recommend. There was a lot of miscommunication between the Sapphire and SPI Rentals. The apartment was GREAT. Rental company, not so much.

Great beach vacation in beautiful condo!

We loved the condo. The views are stunningly beautiful. The facility as a whole is very nice and meets most needs. We were disappointed that the gym and game room were closed the whole week. When we ask they said you have to be an owner to use them. We chose this place because they are featured on the web site. The kitchen did not have basic items like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, etc. VRBO recommends these items be stocked. We will definitely return next year if a few changes are made.

Great unit!

Overall this unit was perfect for our family. Not too high in the building and not too low. South view is great for seeing what Space X is doing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Only complaint was the hot water from the building system wasn’t very hot.

Great Space

We spend a week here over spring break. The location of this condo in the corner has the best views! The condo could use some updating with the bedding the pillows were terrible I did talk to the staff and they brought new pillows up the next morning. They also need to address the ceiling fan in the master definitely kept me up at night. It would have been nice to be able to check in at the location and not downtown. I also felt the staff at the Sapphire were not that friendly and we’re totally over doing it on the rules. But overall it was a great stay!

Condo was everything as promised. We especially enjoyed the view of Spacex at Boca Chica. We had heard of South Padre Island from others but it was better than expected.

Nice but Updates and Attention Needed

Condo: 1) Living room pics showed all-white furniture; sofa was red/orange. I rented because of the all-white pics. 2) Little details need fixing: TV wires hanging out, missing calk and mold in shower, nicks in the walls, missing pics where hooks still on wall. 3) Furnishings old and needs to be replaced such as bedding and some of furniture, orange throw has to go as it is dingy and ratty. Property Manager: Floors were very clean and not sticky but beds messy with sheets hanging out. Towels thin and old. Had to go to off site location to check-in; should be able to check-in at condo check-in date.

Very nice condo

My mom and I stayed there for a girls weekend at the beach. This condo could not be better. Very close access to the beach and a very clean condo. The only complaint was the loose railing on the balcony that squeaked and was noisy at night. Other than that minor thing, everything was fabulous!
