Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!! In addition to the dining area and family room there is a Separate Living Room with fantastic views to the ocean!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. Our condominium is ground floor of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the living room, kitchen and dining area/family room. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Access to the beach was so easy and our view from the patio was great! The condo was quiet even though we were there during a busy Spring break week. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a little trouble with the TV and lost streaming service during high usage times. Overall, we loved the place and would consider staying there again.

Ed was a great host! The rental was fantastic! Kitchen supplies were plenty. Loads of spices, paper products, a few things were probably left from previous occupants. The living areas are bright and the view was beautiful. Books and games available. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided but we didn't spend too much time on the beach. It was very peaceful too. Not sure if it was due to being off-season. Secure parking was a plus.

Overall, the property was as advertised. It was ideally located and private. What you see is what you get. Make sure you confirm gate codes as we showed up just before the security guard goes home, otherwise the welcome email has the wrong code. Otherwise king bed was fine, two queen beds were very, very hard. The cleaners could do a much better job with floors and making sure dishes are actually clean... we notified the host, so hopefully that is improved. AC does struggle in the morning with the sun, so know that going in. We lost water, but so did the whole building, for 3 hours, but the property overall has miles on it and these things could happen. It's a good stay for the price.They had useful beach supplies and a beach cart to use. The place was big and beach access couldn't be better.

Family beach stay

Spent a long weekend with our kids, unit being on the ground floor next to entrance to the beach was a huge amenity to the property. Kids were able to play on the lawn during things like meal prep and packing up for the beach. The unit was well appointed with all necessary items to enjoy yourself on the sand. Would love to book again.

South Padre Experience

This property delivered. Great location literally steps from the beach. This place was clean, maybe dated a bit, but we enjoyed it a lot. The only downfall about the trip was weather. It was cold and rainy for most of it. Can't blame the property, though. We made the most of it by driving an hour to the SpaceX compound. That was truly amazing. We plan to go again.

Great stay

We had a great time and the condo was everything we hoped it would be. Check in process was a breeze, the condo was great, and they even had a high chair for our 8 month old. Just a short walk to the beach or steps from a pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Breathtaking view

The condo itself was amazing. The view was breathtaking. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furniture was also cozy. This was great after a day at the beach to come back to and just relax and look at the view. The only downside was all the mosquitos. I was looking forward to sitting out on the patio, but it was impossible without getting eaten alive by all the mosquitos. Will definitely book again, just not in mosquito season.

Great Location

You can not ask for a better location in SPI, steps from the beach. Location is very safe as well. security is on sight at nigh ensuring only guest are there. We would certainly stay again

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location

What a gem! The location of this condo on ground level, beach front, next to undeveloped land is great. It was so easy to walk out our patio right to the beach trail and the beach area was not crowded, even while the public access areas were packed. Beautiful sunrise views and evening shade on the patio. Clean and comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots/pans for cooking. Beach toys and chairs also available which was very appreciated! We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and refreshing. Two living areas were spacious for our group - always a place to relax with a book. And there were several shelves of varied books to borrow. We didn't venture out except to grocery store because it was a short stay and we were so content with the condo and beach access. Only down side was the tar on the beach that we had to be careful about.... and that we couldn't stay longer. Definitely on our list to return. Many thanks!

Excellent Vacation

This unit is a new listing. We are very pleased with everything. The furnishings are comfortable and up-to-date. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the entire unit. The living room which is well equipped for television watching and visiting. The management is friendly and easy to work with. The ocean view from this "first floor unit" was much better than expected. The pool area is easily accessible and conducive for visiting and meeting other guests. We are very happy being here, have already booked a reservation for next year, and are looking forward to future vacations in this unit.

From booking to departure, Ed has been right there for everything we asked or needed. This condo was more than we anticipated and had all ends of our stay covered. We definitely will be back.
