The Space:
Indulge in our spacious condos adorned with luxurious natural stone finishes and accents. Each room features a bathroom with a booth shower for added comfort. Our pool is exclusively designated for guests of the building complex, ensuring a private and tranquil experience. Access is restricted to residents and their accompanied visitors for everyone's enjoyment.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.

Guest Access:
Enjoy secure access with key cards issued upon presentation of valid ID by La Copa Inn Beach Hotel. Each unit features a unique lock with a deadbolt, ensuring utmost security and peace of mind during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is ideally situated at the heart of South Padre Island, placing you close to the island's top dining and entertainment venues. Experience the vibrant atmosphere and convenient access to SPI's best attractions during your stay!

Getting Around:
Explore South Padre Island effortlessly with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, which conveniently transports you to most areas on the island. Additionally, take advantage of the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the south of town. Gulf Blvd., where these condos are situated, offers a bike-friendly environment, providing another convenient transportation option for your island adventures.

Other Things to Note:
Additionally, parking is limited to two vehicles per unit in the condo driveway, with each unit's parking space clearly designated. Kindly display your parking permit inside your vehicle, preferably on the inside mirror or dashboard. These permits are obtainable during check-in.

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $65 plus taxes per pet.

Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.

Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve.

Important Notice for Our Guests: Your reservation total includes a $59 damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1500 for accidental damages. Additional details will be provided upon check-in. If you have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to reach out. Please note, we do require a credit card on file for damages not covered by this policy.

Great stay and beautiful condo!

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and super spacious…each kid had their own room and bathroom which was super useful when it was time to shower and get ready. Patio was HUGE and a bonus great space! My only complaint was that the host didn’t provide beach chairs, umbrella or beach towels. Every other condo we’ve ever stayed at has provided those things (sometimes even beach toys too) so that was a bummer to need to go out and buy more stuff we really didn’t need to bring back home with us. Full disclosure, it could have said that in the description and I completely looked it over. Just a heads up for any future guests bc we would have def brought our own stuff if we knew. Overall we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful, Spacious Condo

The condo is large, clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location is amazing--right on the beach! My family enjoyed the condo and the vacation very much. The manager from HomeAway (Raj) was particularly attentive, prompt, and helpful. The one thing that is needed on the property is a hose for spraying off beach chairs and other items taken to the beach. There is a shower and a lower valve for feet but no hose. But this didn't take away from the awesomeness.

South Padre Island trip

Even though the weather was terrible we ati had a good time. The condo was very nice. They checked in on us everyday to see if we needed anything and were very quick to address issues. You normally would not care if the pool is not heated but this time it would have been nice. It was too cold to use the pool. The other tenants were great until the last night we were there. They had just checked in that day and were up partying until way past 5 am. Twice I had to go ask them to turn music down. I hated to call the manager in the middle of the night and I was hoping by asking them directly they would keep it down. I did let them know the next day that they might want to check in with their new tenants because anyone checking in after us may not be so patient. Flying home with no sleep ended our trip on a little sour note. Next time we might stay somewhere you don’t have to worry about other guests. We went on the off season partly because of that reason. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the condo has everything you need. Plenty of room and space.

We had a great time over Spring Break. The neighbors were a little loud upstairs, but again, it was Spring Break. Great condo, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen, great beds, clean property. Really nice staff helped with towels and any issues. Would stay again

Ideal beach condo

My family and I had a fantastic experience at this property. The condo was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and impressively modern. The beach is immediately accessible and the area is not overcrowded. Each of the tenants in the other three condos were very considerate of each other. I look forward to booking this property again next summer.
