”Awesome stay, great view, very well kept condo and stocked with supplies that people tend to forget to bring. Only thing we’d like to see is an upgrade to the recliners and taller chairs on the balcony so you can see over the balcony when sitting on it. No matter, we will definitely rent this condo again.”

”We have been coming to spi for 6 yrs now yrly and this is our 4th stay at sea vista but this condo has been the best; stocked with the exact cooking pans my mom loves to use, plenty of toiletries, etc. best part our bed was super comfy hard time getting up! Thank you”

”This is an outstanding property. Views of the beach from your porch and the den abound. The beach is one of the last on the island and affords privacy and less crowds than those condos in the middle of the island. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook and the pantry was generously stocked. Ed was prompt and accommodating in all my communications with him. The condo complex is very well maintained! Rarely do places end up as good as the write up indicates, but this one...

”Property and surrounding area was very nice with excellent ocean view! The common or living room was nice but a little smaller than portrayed in photo. Also, there were tvs in all the bedrooms but none in the living room. Everything on the inside was very clean but windows needed to be cleaned. Pool was wonderful! We experienced a couple of issues during our stay and the property manager took immediate action. to resolve.”

”Hotel muy bonito ,necesitan un cambio de alfombras ,por que huelen como un poco a orin en 2do piso el pasillo ,en dormitorios no huelen. Dormitorios limpios ,el baño incluye toallas ,jabones para manos ,en barra y liquido ,shampoo,acondicionador y jabon de cuerpo ,secadora ,en armario caja fuerte y plancha ,ganchos .minifrigorifico ,cafetera de capsulas. Hay secadoras y lavadoras y maquina de papitas ,en segundo piso . Me encantan los desayunos con bacon ,y no dierom bacon ,pero todo lo demas...
