”I appreciated the updated furniture and bathroom counter/sink...the bed was very comfortable...I loved the Luxury-Vinyl floors (as opposed to gross carpet)...and the pool was awesome! Jennifer at the front desk was super when I arrived earlier than check in, and let me leave my suitcase and gave great directions to some close by coffee shops. Overall it was a great little stay. the window pull-down blind was tacky and old but otherwise everything was great! Oh, and breakfast was very nice as...
”Read the reviews beforehand and they did not disappoint! This motel is obviously recently renovated / refurbished and was extremely clean and well maintained. Located in Glendale with easy access to freeway as well as many of the locations we wanted to see / do (Universal/Warner Bros/Griffith Park etc).
Ralphs grocery store is right next to it as well as Starbucks - only a couple of blocks away.
Glendale Galleria and Americana at the Brand are also 10minute drive / 30 minute walk away. We did...
”Turned out that Alhambra was a very good and convenient place to stay while in Los Angeles. Lots of restaurant in the area close by. Days Inn was ok. The room felt a bit dated. But it was pretty spacious and quiet.The washing machines were out of use. And also parking is available if there is space in the inner court. This might be a problem some times. Very basic breakfast in a tiny reception area. View of a parking hall opposite the street.”
