”The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. ”

”Wow. They definitely make customer service their priority. When we checked in, we had mentioned we were going to seek crème brûlée. The young ladies immediately got on their computer and found a few places near by that have crème brûlée while we were checking in. Then the next morning while we’re eating at the breakfast bar, the whole staff were super friendly. We will definitely return!”
