”Really nice motel. Parking lot was small and first come first serve. The shape of the room was odd but it was nice, clean, and quiet. I would stay there again.”

”Located in an area with high poverty, so expect to see desperate poor/unhoused folks. The hotel is reasonable priced & clean. I stay hear every time I come to Sacramento and I have always had a pleasant stay.”

”The room we got the bed wasn't a queen size bed, and the remote didn't work. I called the office let them know about the room they send housekeeping for the remote I went to the office about the bed, and asked if we can get another room. He did I went to meet up with the housekeeper she took me to the other room I liked it, and it had a refrigerator. ”

”Rooms were clean and comfortable. Looked newly renovated. Better than most motel 6s and other mid tier roadside hotels. Bad, only no coffee in the morning that was promised ”

”Room was clean. It was small as expected, but did have a pretty big refrigerator and freezer also a microwave and coffee maker. I was very glad those appliances were in the room. The Air conditioner was very loud and did not work at times. I asked to switch rooms cuz of the AC and was told no. But it started working again although was still very loud. Otherwise a great value for sure. ”

”This was our second stay at this home with a family of 5. The location is perfect for those wanting a central quaint and quiet space. We caught the sunset on night on a levee walk and took a morning walk for coffee and croissants. The hosts are accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We will stay here again.”

”I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy. The room was clean, well stocked and cozy. Downtown is minutes away. I will definitely make another reservation when I need a...
