Upon check-in and choosing bedrooms we noticed that none of the sheets had been washed (hair, boogers and mascara on the beds). In many of the bathrooms, there was only one clean towel. To add insult to injury, the VRBO rental fee was deducted from our bank account and we are now waiting for VRBO to process our refund.”

”I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy.
