”The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever...

”Overall we had a great week visiting the Phoenix area. We had a couple of minor issues at the house, but the host was responsive via text and phone. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub did not work at all for our stay, but the host did offer a cursory refund for the inconvenience. While we felt it should have been more of a refund, overall the experience was good and we would stay with this host again, and recommend them.”
