”Physically a nice hotel. However simple features like a hot water faucet was not totally functional, in room air unit with a hose connection to the window that wasn’t fastened with a large enough opening for a bird to enter. No room darkening shades. Small items. One star is for being totally unaccommodating when we asked to leave the car in the lot till 3:00. The person I spoke with about this gave me an automated response. They could have been flexible, but no?”

”Property is a beautiful, historic building in a convenient location off the freeway. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with the exception of no central air. A loud, mobile air unit was in two of the rooms. The blinds in one room could not close because of a missing wand. Also the roku was not working. Keep in mind hotel room is near train tracks. ”All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful! It was in walking distance to delicious restaurants! The breakfast was homemade and took allergies into account! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!”

”The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. ”Loved the decor, location and feel of the hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The only issue was the fact that there was a wedding one night and we could hear the DJ and all the noise two stories below us. Everything quieted down by 11, but that is definitely a consideration.”
