”Dirty!! no bar soap. Bathroom was dirty, shower tub was clogged as you showered, carpet was dirty, on the 2nd day we asked them to tidy up the room, but the cleaning lady did not even step in the room. ”

”The juice on check-in was very tasty.
The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way.
The rooms were hip and classy.
Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup.
Almost stayed in town an extra night to eat the breakfast again.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung.
The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...
