”The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I prefer rooms without carpeting as carpets can get pretty nasty but these rooms are carpeted and appear clean but dated. The staff was helpful and friendly and assisted me with local restaurant and public transportation suggestions. There is no food served at this hotel but there are plenty of great restaurants nearby and a Starbucks next door. Overall, I would stay here again.”

”My stay was only for a night; I wouldn't stay longer. The interior and exterior are not kept up. The bedding is questionable. I would consider bringing your own blanket and pillow or just covering the bed and pillows when lying on it. Their blanket is very thin. Wear socks or slippers; the floor is sticky, and bring an air freshener. Not sure what cleaning supplies are used, but the room needs airing out. It's a bad area or the surroundings are bad.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Loved staying at this guest house. Me and my husband stayed for the weekend, the location was excellent, rooms were tidy, bed comfortable. First time ever trying a guest house situation and for a quick trip I would do it again. The deposit situation was a little unorthodox but we understand the reasoning why.”

”Wow! What a great experience this was. I love how when I walked in the hotel I immediately saw smiling faces and a poster of President Obama in the corner. It was right on brand for my stay as I was visiting the Obama Presidential Center for the Grand Opening weekend. The breakfast was delicious and I love that we had a space to park at the hotel.
