”Passable for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Old and no frills. Needs upgrades. Generally clean, though tissue dispenser was sticky and dirty. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Some had limited English. Thin towels. We received no housekeeping. The included breakfast was pretty good. Very poor wi-fi. Repeated issues with door keys. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”

”The room was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the window opened but had no screen and it was knee high. Seemed it would be dangerous if you had children. There was outside noise from the restaurant next door. The air conditioner was very noisy. Had to wear ear plugs. The breakfast was good and great coffee.”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. Then guest in the next room had a party and yelled swear words at frequent intervals, and the party lasted until after midnight. I sent a message to the staff but never got a response. When I eventually went to the desk to leave a complaint, no one was there. After a while someone eventually came, and they said they'd...

”We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!”

”Property is so clean and very well taken care of, front desk is also very kind and very friendly with how they go about making there stayers feel, I can’t stress enough how much they’ve really made the stay 10x better. Definitely coming back often.”
