”Clean and nicely planned room on waterfront. Its just a few rooms above a restaurant so easy to find food. I arrived by boat from Fowey which made it extra fun.”

”The view is great. Apart from that, it looks “quirky but cute” online but in reality it’s just awkward and uncomfortable. The ceilings are low and sloped. The bunk beds are not suitable for teenagers do to the low ceiling and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. You have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bunk room. The floors are uneven and there is an odd 1 inch step between the rooms which is just a trip hazard. The bathroom is clean but sparse, not even a box of tissues....

”Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats.
Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for .
Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate.
We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace.
We had a very pleasant stay. ”

”What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! ”

”The property was spacious and bright. There was a Spar shop opposite. It was a short walk to the beach and 4 miles from the Eden Project . 5 mins walk from the train station. I would use it again.”

”Unterkunft sehr gut. Einzelne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundlich. Küche und Bad alles da was man braucht. Leider kein Aufzug, mit schwerem Gepäck etwas mühsam. Gute Lage in Nähe Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Prompte Kommunikation zur Verwaltung, sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
