”The room had small insects crawling on the counter in the bathroom and on my neck fan when I woke up this morning. My rooms were cancelled at 1:00 & I hadn't arrived. There was no phone call or anything. Mind you, check-in was at 3:00. I put in my notes that I would arrive around 8:00p.m. I ended up paying more for my rooms. There was a $75 security hold that had to be paid at check-in and a $15 parking fee. No one ever mentioned. The fridge didn't work and my room never got cooled. I...

”We stayed at EVEN Hotel with a large group, and overall had a good experience. The staff was outstanding,they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our entire group was placed on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was finding a roach in our room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was clean, and the staff’s excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable.”

”Great property overall. The only surprise was the mandatory $50 resort fee. I didn’t learn about it until after my reservation had passed the non-refundable cancellation deadline, when I received an email explaining the charge.
