”For the price it was great, but a few issues for sure. There was sand in our bed and the bathroom lock was broken. The cast members were fantastic though! Super helpful for first time Disney world visitors and our son lost his Pluto hat and the next day when we realized it was missing guest services had it.”

”The only negative was that we were placed into a room that we did not book and the staff didn’t even care to contact us beforehand to let us know. When we first contacted the front desk, I was lied to and told that I booked a family suite room and not a standard room (little mermaid). After finding proof, called again, the staff admitted that they sold out of Little Mermaid rooms so they decided to place us in an “upgraded room” but the theme of the room was Cars and my party consisted of all...
