”What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck. ”Mannermainen aamiainen oli hyvä. Se sisälsi mm. kahvin, leivän, jogurtin, hedelmiä, mysliä, juustoa, leikkelettä ja keitettyjä kananmunia.Vastaanoton nainen oli hyvin ystävällinen. Poislähteminen oli vaivatonta. Sijainti oli erinomainen. Huone oli pieni, mutta mukava, vaikka olikin hieman nukkavieru. Hiustenkuivaajan olisi voinut lainata vastaanotosta. Voisin yöpyä toistamiseen. Continental breakfast was good. It included e.g. coffee, bread, yogurt, fruits, muesli, cheese and boiled eggs....

”Staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. The Indian restaurant was superb. The hotel cleanliness left a bit to be desired in terms of the exterior which wasn’t swept, with cigarette butts all around and rubbish not picked up. I changed rooms because the one I was given was not clean. It could be so nice with just a few details taken care of.”

”Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct).”

”Room was clean but damp patches in the bathroom ceiling with holes in it was not pleasant wardrobe was peeling and taps made terrible noise when you turned it on sink was cracked ”

”Lovely room and facilities. Warm and friendly staff. The pub seems a popular place for locals to get together and therefore a great atmosphere. Ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and could not fault. Interesting menu”
