Room was spotless, customer service was excellent, and amenities were great. My husband left his Apple Watch in the room, we called and they went to the room and found it very quickly! Very helpful and kind staff!

Great customer service from all the staff. Very quiet and was not disturbed. Check in and out was easy. The breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was awesome. The room was clean. I did have a humming noise that came from the refrigerator but it wasn't that bad but needs to be fixed. Overall it was great ...

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Southern Pines by IHG
Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding. I would give the room a 98% with the only thing to get 100% in room 209 is replace the shower head. It is a little rusty. Staff is great.
