Oma sattui tällä kertaa olemaan loistava. Sijainti on täyden kympin arvoinen, Waterfrontiin kävelymatka 2 minuuttia ja keskustaan alle 10 minuuttia. Alue on ympävuorokautisesti vartioitu, siivous kuuluu hintaan, suurimmassa osassa asuntoja on pyykkikone ja kuivausrumpu. Huoneissa parveke aluetta halkovaan...

”Great location near the beach, with a balcony view of the sunset and sea. Security on site with security gates to limit access from the street. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. ”

”Nice stay! The rooms were small but confortable. We waited a little to check in and the access for the gym and the pool is via another building during the construction of a tunnel. The security is good to access the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located. About 15 minutes walk from the waterfront.”

”You seriously need a car to visit this wonderful city, so it was great that Leisure Bay offered onsite parking. There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and...

”The rooftop patio view is amazing. You can really admire the mountains. Very safe (face recognition at all entrances). Small but complete gym. ”

”Great property and great location, as an apartment it just works, good security & parking, great little balcony, shutters, all worked great for me. Air con/heater also effective thank you. Small things, the concrete roof didn’t seem to be finished which was a bit odd in this beautiful apartment and I would probably leave a tiny bit of sunlight soap for guests just to wash a cup or two especially for longer stays. Everything else is there so would be a nice touch.”

”Amazing staff who communicated well and were extremelyhelpful. Amenities like the washing machine was helpful. The place carries noise from other rooms such as the TV or loud conversations but it still felt quiet enough after 10 pm. As its in the centre, there are more people outsides. The pool was small but atill ice and has a view of table mountain ”

”Pontos positivos: o quarto é grande, cama grande, bancada externa ao banheiro com 2 pias, silencioso. Muito próximo das paradas 3 e 4 do Citysightseeing. Tomadas sem necessidade de adaptador. Pontos negativos: a localização é ruim, sem opções para restaurantes perto e local com sensação de insegurança. A comunicação com o aparthotel desde o começo foi muito ruim, sem retorno das mensagens enviadas. Outras informações: Café da manhã servido no café ao lado do hotel, equipe muito atenciosa mas não...

”Fantastic experience all around, property was modern, chic and class and the apartment was amazing with incredible views and almost unbelievably spacious with all the amenities one could need. The immediate vicinity around the hotel was also very walkable with tons of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Building also had a great pool deck and a cute gym. The property also had full load shedding backup (power outages) and so everything worked as normal in the apartment. Perfect stay!”

Owner very nice and affable.initial communications not clear though and hard to get hold of or gainnfull understanding of property which is made up several units with shared areas. Some units far more private than others. Parking tight but ok . Area beautuful and perfect location. House needs some attentiin w new towels etc but all ok and functional. Id stay again but in different unit.”
