The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.”

The rooms are updated but still show wear and tear. The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels etc. Basic room. The sheets had rips in them, i contacted the front desk so they woupd know we didnt cause the rips. They have an incidental sheet and will charge you for damages.
