”Just okay”

”I was traveling for a family gathering and drove 4 hours. I was hoping to check in an hour earlier and was told told I have to pay extra. When I asked for a room same floor as my family , I was told the room will be ready in 30minutes then became 1 hour. Even after 1 hour, it was not ready. The most frustrating experience was no one would update you with any information until you come and ask despite sitting close to the front desk. I ended up getting a room at a different floor because I got...

”The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Looks like they just took over the building last week and only replaced the sheets and pillows. All the common places and dingy and need repairs and upgrades. Hallways smell of mildew. So do the shower curtains.”

”Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They welcome you with such wonderful attitude. the breakfast selection is awesome. the rooms are clean and so comfortable.”

”Pros: Fitness Center, Nice Foyer, and Game Area, some of the staff were courteous and helpful. Large Parking area. Cons: Poor housekeeping, only provided towels/cloths and barely emptied the trash for the four days we were in the room. Shower was dirty until we cleaned it. Some staff were not personable. One was smoking a cigarette in the front of the building. I had to wait for them to help me.”

”Room air did not ask to have it fit nothing happened. Microwave kept tripping the power strip, asked to have it fix nothing happened”
