”This place is clean, reasonably priced compared to the surrounding areas and it is perfect for couples or families that are just looking to unwind and enjoy a few lowkey days by the beach and close enough to Cocoa Beach to enjoy best of both worlds. Highly recommend!”

”This was a beautiful place to stay. We did have to walk down the road a short way to get to the path out to the beach but we really enjoyed our stay. There were snacks in the refrigerator and a gas grill outside that we would have used if we had stayed longer. Thank you for the nice place to stay. ”

Regardless, if apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, owner should provide a bed or a pull out couch/chair to accommodate the count of quests. Apartment feels run down. floor was dirty on arrival. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences.
