”We came to Cocoa Beach from Daytona & was completely impressed with this quiet little place. It was cute, modern & clean. It had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were fantastic & very helpful with questions about restaurants & surroundings, as were Coastal Beach agents. We will stay again & recommend to others.”

”Fantastic!!! This is a gem of a little property, doesn't look like much outside and right next to busy road, but... Honestly, very clean, very easy checking in, bed wonderful. I'd recommend this place for sure, in fact, I'm pretty sure I'll be back someday, all the way from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Came for Artemis 2 launch which sadly didn't happen but all was great!”

”It was very cute. Very clean. Nice little fishing spot. Close to restaurants. Quite area. Bed was comfortable. Shower was spacious ! Bathroom big and big walk in closet. Hangers available to hang your stuff. Big fridge. Great for a couples get away. Definitely would stay there again! ”

”We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day weekend! The place was beautifully updated with modern appliances and stylish, comfortable furniture that made it feel both fresh and cozy. The bathrooms were spotless and well done, the linens were brand new, and the bed was absolutely incredible easily one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. One of our favorite parts was the shop underneath, which had everything we needed so we never had to travel far for anything. It made the whole weekend...

I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no...

”Good location and across the street from the beach. The condo is well furnished with paper products, dishes, and seasoning. It was also very clean. The only downfall was not having our parking space available a couple times over the weekend. ”
