"The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell. The keys to the room kept deactivating. The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet. ..."
