”rauhallisella ja kauniilla paikalla oleva hotelli. Ystävällinen omistaja ja mukava kodinomainen tunnelma. Aamupala oli runsas ja hyvänmakuinen. Parannettavaa ruoan taso illallisella ja menussa kaipaa parannusta. Samoin wifi toimi huonosti, jos ollenkaan huoneissa.”

”Location is excellent next to Como-lake, we had a great view over the lake with balcony which was a big bonus. We really liked to breakfast arrangements and friendly atmosphere. The room was large enough and clean. Bathroom was larger than they normally are. Though quite old hotel it was well kept. ”

”Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! ”

”The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

”The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible.”

”When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch. I messaged the owner and they said it was an error from Expedia. Ihave pictures to show as proof of what I booked. They charged me about 400 dollars a night which is...

”12/10 experience. The staff is beyond hospitable and kind. They provided incredible service. The room was so comfortable, came with in room air conditioning, and offered fantastic views and amenities. I can speak highly enough of this hotel. From the breakfast, to the room, cleanliness, and service. Everything was impeccable.”

”We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to.”
