Pool was closed. Automated check-in is not smooth, hard to understand worker on the screen. Placed in a room where there were already someone else’s belongings, they showed the room was empty, which leads me to believe it’s probably staff staying at the hotel.

Hampton Inn & Suites Jamestown, ND
The room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the stay with only one problem: the beds. The beds were very hard for our liking and extra tall. As an older traveler, we found them hard to get on them. If all Hampton Inn have tall beds, we may not go there again. The breakfast was excellent.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Jamestown
Staff was super friendly, the pool area is awesome. My door broke in the morning and wouldn’t shut, called for help at 730 and they said they would see if their maintenance guy was busy. I packed all my stuff and left. I didn’t want to be in the room with door ajar or leave my things. So that sucked. ...

This cute Vrbo was clean, easy to access, and warm in those cold temps. We see from Texas so the warmth meant a lot. Having a great place to stay in the middle of everything was the best.
