”Convenient property. Clean rooms. Comfy beds and nice bedding. Good breakfast. We were there for just one night but it was overall very good! Would stay again.”

”I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

”The safety latch on my room door was broken. The staff was very helpful and found a different room for me and got a cart and offered to help. The new room had a dried coffee spill near the fridge and the body wash in the shower was empty or broken- minor inconvenience. Overall a nice stay at a great price.”

”The staff is very friendly and attentive. They take pride in their work. From check in to breakfast we were greeted with a smile. I think the hotel rooms and areas other than the entrance are just older and you can see that in the details.”

”I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

”The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

”The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....

”Housekeeping was way too loud in the hall. Early morning and there was banging and loud walkie talkies we could hear in our room.”

”Place was absolutely nasty. There is blood on the walls if I wasn't out of state and couldn't get another motel for a decent price.I would have flipped out.”

”Our room smelled like mold, likely because there was a lot of rotting and what looked like mold in the bathroom. The carpets themselves needed to be replaced as they had a musty smell likely from too much moisture or spills. This hotel really needs a lot of work to make it feel inviting. Any fixes that were implemented in our room looked like bad work, with sink faucets being very strangely set up, lots of random cracks and peeling paint throughout as well. I would not recommend anyone staying...

”For the price this was a nice place to stay passing through Brattleboro. Everything was fine until an employee, without knocking, just unlocked our door and walked in at 10:40am and said “Check out”. Someone could have been dressing. We felt very rushed even though checkout was 11am. It took a lot of restraint to not verbally lay into the guy. Just make sure your extra locks are secured.”
