”We stayed at the Montvale five years ago and loved it so much that we decided to stay there again during this year's trip to Spokane. It's very conveniently situated, and has nice amenities including a beautiful indoor sitting area for lounging with tea, coffee, comfortable furniture, a host of eclectic books, and lots of artwork. Bathroom was huge as well, with a large walk-in shower, shower wand, lots of counter space around the sink. It was very comfortable, and accommodated all our needs. The heating unit on the wall takes about 10-12 minutes to start pumping air, but we didn't know that, and thought it was not working. A call to the front desk clarified it,...

”The staff is absolutely amazing. The house keepers, breakfast attendents and front desk were all incredibly helpful and friendly! Only 4 stars because the beds are so hard I can't sleep and then I'm sore throughout the next day. The breakfast is definitely better than most continentals out there!”
