Splendid in Spokane
My son and I had the pleasure of staying at this clean and comfortable property. Everything was as listed and the host, Lisa, was excellent. We were just there for a couple of nights but found the house to be clean, in a safe neighborhood and overall very pleasant. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

Great place to stay!!
Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Lisa has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It was great having coffee, hot chocolate and water provided as well as many extras not provided by a typical hotel. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus as well. Outside area is very inviting and incudes a grill. I would definitely recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed.

Hidden Gem
What a great place to stay when in Spokane. Whether it is for a couple days (we did two days gone for two days then two days again) or a longer stay, great accommodations for sure. Great access to getting into the vrbo, the full driveway access, and everything about the place is warm and comforting. Hope to stay here again someday soon. ps Lisa is a great and most accommodating host as well.

From the reservation, to check in, to checking on me while there, to check out, this was great! Lovely, carefully set up and beautifully decorated, love and care for her guests was very much present. A pampering stay..
I LOVED staying here. Lisa pulled out all the stops to make sure her guests have the best of everything. From home baked muffins, to bath salts and bubbles, to luxury cloths for washing my face-I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. Everything was so clean and I felt very comfortable with the location and setting. The hot tub was by far my favorite feature. Her backyard setting was quaint, quiet and truly relaxing. I hope to always stay here on my trips to Spokane!

Thoughtful Detail
So easy! We were informed of all aspects and procedures. The location seems perfect for exploring Spokane. The lower level space doesn't feel like one. It is well lit with numerous windows. Most importantly, the extreme attention and thoughtfulness to every detail is extraordinary. It was wonderful and abundantly evident the owner cares!

Great place to stay
My daughter and I stayed for a few nights while in Spokane to tour Gonzaga. It has a nice location within 10-15 minutes of anything we wanted to do. It is not really walking distance to anything though. The basement apartment had everything we needed plus extras. There was a great selection of teas, home made muffins, a few snacks - perfect! Being a basement unit it is a little dark but there are plenty of lights. It is very clean and comfortable and the host, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful! Both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay and I'd happily stay again if I find myself back in Spokane.

Thanks again for staying and being great guests, Alexandria! I have a contactor lined up to put a nice, above ground window in the living room, which I am super excited about! It's so weird... no one (in six years) has mentioned the lack of daylight in the apartment until I bought the window and got the permit. You're the second to mention it since. Guess this is confirmation that I'm doing the right thing! Also, I walk downtown, to the U District, etc., from here. Guess we all have different definitions of "walking distance" 🤷🏼‍♀️. Thanks again for staying!

Thanks again for staying, Janice! I'm so excited about putting the window in. People don't realize it, but the living area is 50% above ground, it just seems below ground because there isn't a window. That's all about to change!! 😊

Love this place!!
Not only is this apartment super cute and clean, but it's also located in a great location! There are 2 bus lines nearby, to get you anywhere you want to go (Downtown was only a 15 min ride). We used them for breakfast and dinners out (although the apt. was set up to cook if you wanted to). We only used the car to explore further out. The attention to detail, quiet and peaceful apt. and host response to any questions were "top notch"! Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Great long weekend getaway

Cozy sanctuary.
Cozy and delightful. Lisa put a lot of thought in making her place feel like a real home away from home in every way. She even included gluten-free (how did she know?!) muffins, a selection of teas and coffee as well as cheeses! She truly went above and beyond. The enclosed backyard was a charming sanctuary with a table for eating as well. I would definitely return. Lisa was a one of a kind host!

Spotless in Spokane
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, cozy and the backyard was a beautiful oasis! We enjoyed our morning coffee out there as well as the hot tub! I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again when in Spokane. Lisa is so nice and ensures you have the best stay.

My daughter and I stayed here for her volleyball tournament. The second bedroom was perfect size for her(she’s 13). The decor was really nice. We loved that we had access to a washer and dryer. We really loved the space it was cozy and very clean. It was great to have access to a kitchen and a fully stocked coffee bar. There was also reverse osmosis water(we drank all of it). We also appreciated having a place to park our rental car. The spa also looked inviting(we were just too tired)! The host was very responsive and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay😀

Perfect place
Lisa was great at communicating with us . We loved her impressive rental which was near downtown Spokane. It was easy to get to downtown which was perfect for us as my daughter played in a volleyball tournament at the podium. We left our car in the driveway and took Ubers to and from because it was cheap to get to and from the downtown area. We would stay here again for sure. It really is so cute and decorated perfectly. It fits it’s name Spotless in Spokane. Hats off to Lisa for a perfect stay.

Lisa welcomed us with muffins upon check-in. Impressed because lodging was a basement, but it was very bright and cheerful. Property had sensor nightlights which we found welcome to navigate in the dark. Very relaxing back yard. Overall attention to detail and personal touches were very much a home atmosphere.

Quiet and Convenient
Quiet and clean. The back yard is a relaxing oasis. The owner is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The bed is comfortable, and the room has light blocking curtains, so you can really rest. (We didn't need the other room, but it looks to be a comfy single.) Because of the nearness to the hospitals and clinics, this would be ideal for recuperation or visitation. (The rental is in the basement, so there are stairs, just FYI.) Within close driving distance to stores, Manito Park and downtown, it was a great location for us. We would definitely stay again.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive in her communications. Her description and photos do not do her place any justice. My adult son and I stayed there for 6 days and we never felt crowded. Her patio is amazing. Lisa's home is welcoming, completely stocked with extras (all we brought was our own food), and exceedingly comfortable! The back yard is a lovely place to enjoy the evening with friends. Lisa's recommendations for restaurants in the area proved to be delicious (Wild Sage is worth a trip to Spokane), and we enjoyed visiting with her and finding some common friends! A perfect place for our week!

Sister’s trip to visit Aunt
Omgosh!! First let me say the online photos do NOT do this place justice by any means!! What a beautiful, warm, cozy, inviting place! You instantly feel like home (or better!). The first thing my sister said was,” I could live here”. And she lives in a 4br house! Nothing was left to want. Lisa has thought if everything. Such a thoughtful host and her homemade muffins are spectacular! We wish we could’ve stayed for a month or more and really utilized everything she had to offer! Her cute, very zen backyard was calling our names! Perfectly located for EVERYTHING Spokane has to offer. Gorgeous neighborhoods to walk through right outside her door. We literally hated to leave. I can’t wait to come back and will definitely plan my trip according to her units availability. Do yourself a solid and stay at Lisa’s special VRBO!!!
