Our freshly renovated waterfront home blends comfort & adventure with 4 beds, 2 baths, and dreamy water views. Cook in your upgraded kitchen, splash in the screened pool, or grill under the stars at the outdoor kitchen. Paddle our kayaks, fish off the dock, or park your boat steps from home. Brand new everything - plus a ping pong tournament waiting to happen!

Find your serenity at this relaxing waterfront gulf home! Tastefully decorated, 3 kings, one queen, 2 bathroom home. Fully equipped, updated kitchen with brand new appliances. Screened in private heated pool, outdoor kitchen/bar. Launch one of our kayaks, toss in a few provided fishing lines, or take off on your rented/owned vessel you can park at "home" from the dock. Bliss awaits!

The space
>Inside: Pass through our beautiful entry into a wide open family home featuring a large primary suite, and three additional bedrooms. Three king tension relieving memory foam hybrid mattresses, one queen hybrid coil and foam mattress. Primary bath with huge corner tub, secondary bath shared by other bedrooms (shower only).

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, brand new appliances. Drip coffee maker that also makes single cup servings. Coffee grinder and French press available for the coffee aficionado! (please clean after use).

Family room: Hang out in the beautiful family room with a brand new sectional couch, 65" screen tv for all of your streaming desires. Roku with streaming apps included. Awesome space for a movie night!

Mud room/cleaner's closet located off the family room. Washer and dryer available for your use- detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Beyond the beautiful kitchen find the pretty formal dining area, and game room with a regulation sized ping pong table. Board games, cards, books, fuzzy chairs- a true chill spot.

>Outside: Several of our interior doors lead to the beautiful screened in outdoor area. Our sparkling saltwater pool awaits! Grill up some fresh seafood in the outdoor kitchen, or become a mixologist at the bar serving up your favorite drinks. Please note-while we keep the pool heat set to 86 and turned on as needed year round, we cannot guarantee perfect temps if we have a rare several days of very cold weather. We do not charge for pool heat.

Beyond the large, fenced yard is your own private dock system. Brand new built in table for waterfront dining and hanging out. Take one of the six provided 10' single person kayaks off the floating dock for a 10 minute paddle to open sea! Tip: time it for sunset- breathtaking! Life jackets provided. Please be very careful accessing the dock system. Please use dock and seawalls at your own risk. Always watch for water, loose or uneven boards.

>Fish from the dock using one of our provided poles and tackle. Common catches are flounder, catfish, sheepshead, mullet- it's endless, anything that swims in the ocean typically finds their way into the canals (including an occasional manatee or dolphin!).

>Camera disclosure:
Our property is monitored by several outdoor security cameras. Street cam above the garage, front door doorbell cam, backyard camera, and dock recording audio and video. When guests are on property, we turn off camera notifications. Requesting to book indicates consent to this security feature and agreement not to tamper with the cameras. We do allow covering/turning the camera that has a view of the pool, please return to its original condition upon departure.

>Boaters welcome!
Have a boat? Bring it! Blue Pelican Marina is minutes away, dock at "home" and enjoy Gulf waters at your convenience. Blue Pelican also offers boats for rent, and trailer storage if you bring your own.

>Day Trips:
2 hours to Disney Parks and Orlando attractions, 1 hour from Busch Gardens, and Tampa Attractions. Closest airport is Tampa International Airport, or 2 hours from Orlando (MCO). A little over an hour to Clearwater beach, 1.5 to St Pete's Beach, 2 hours to Siesta Key. Wonderful day trips await! Stay outside of the hustle and bustle at your own private retreat.

>Accessibility:
This ranch style home is fully accessible with no stairs at entrances, low lip showers and wide open hallways. Grab bar to enter pool. There are steps to dock, and narrow walkways on floating dock to be aware of. Traditional door widths.

>We manage every aspect of our home personally, we do not rely on big company management to oversee anything. We have incredibly high standards for communication, cleanliness, and organization- and that can only truly be found by owner managed properties. <3 We launder ALL linens between guests- from mattress pad up to the top cover on beds, all towels, pool towels, kitchen linens and bath mats, unlike industry standard of washing many items "as needed".

>Kitchen and laundry room may contain a "junk drawer" or two with items used to maintain the home.

Owner's boat is 100% off limits. We have plenty of dock space to launch kayaks, fish from, or dock another boat, boaters welcome!

Children are not allowed inside the fishing shed due to tackle, hooks and other tools.

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy- we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your funds in case of an unexpected change in plans.
