The building next door that has been shut down attracts homeless people which makes it feel unsafe at the hotel. Also offering some kind of breakfast would be nice. And a sign down by the end of the driveway would be helpful especially at night

All expectations met! Clean room, comfortable bed/pillows, hot shower and felt safe as a solo traveler.

Cozy and comfortable! First evening we had a large black bear come up to the deck and this was a nice surprise! We have keepsake photos of his departure. Our walk was postponed the first evening.

3-bedroom house in charming Groveland with WiFi, climate control, fitness room
The hostess answered all my questions promptly. The house is located in a very calm and pretty location. Home was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the wide selection of games and old movies/videos which we very much enjoyed.
