”What a great place, full of history. This is a staple of the original Apalachicola. They have bikes you can use to tour around the town, walking distance to the historic district, the water, bars, shopping, so much shopping. Love this place would not stay anywhere else ”

”My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Carrabelle, the Villa we stayed in as well the grounds in general were clean and very well kept up. The most memorable thing of the trip would be the staff, the restaurant manager and the server during the days we were there made us feel like we have known them for years. ”

”The room smelled like mold. There was a cockroach in a pool. But staff was very friendly. Breakfast was only coffee and juice.”

”I’ll never stay anywhere else when I’m Apalachicola. For a couple with different sleep habits it’s worth the little extra money to have a bedroom separate from the living area, a kitchen and such a relaxing screened patio on the river to relax at while waiting for them to wake up! ”

”This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location.”
