”Superb "Inn Style" accommodation. Above a local pub so access to food really easy. Cosy well kept room with fridge, very comfy bed and clean bathroom.
Really close to the main town, shops, places to eat.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good.
If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival.
I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time.”

Haluavat vieraiden tietysti ruokailevan hotellissaan. Sululta (lock) menee hyvä kävelyreitti Oxfordiin tai voi hypätä jokilaivan kyytiin, jolloin pääsee noin 40 minuutissa perille.”
”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure.
The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning. It seemed worn, and there was a scent of unfreshness in the corridors that seemed like too...

Restaurant has a good menu, food and service excellent. Breakfast amazing, so much choice. You must try the waffles!
Loved that produce and merchandise available at the shop from Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm. Bought myself a rather nice green cap with the tractor logo. My son and partner had a pint of Hawkestone Lager, Jeremy’s brew! All in all would have liked to stay longer, visiting relatives and...
”We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!”
