”Tämä oli toinen vierailumme tässä hotellissa. Ensimmäisellä kerralla olimme viehättävässä huoneessa päärakennuksessa ja tykkäsimme kovasti. Tällä kertaa huone oli sivusiivessä eikä huoneessa ollut mitään erityistä, aika vaatimaton oikeastaan, mutta hintaansa nähden sekin oli ihan kelpo. Hyvä aamiainen. Loistava sijainti ulkoiluun, hyvät ja kauniit kävelymaastot ja pubeja sopivan matkan päässä. Sijaitsee kauniissa kylässä, joka usein näkyy Midsomerin murhissa - samoin hotelli. Sievää kuin mikä...”

”Very good stay, if you have a car. Without a car, no chance. Oxford city around 20min away. Clean, quite big room. Okay bed. Nothing special, but everyrhing worked. No restaurant. Breakfast was poor. No fridge. ”

”We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. ”

”A lovely boutique hotel right on the river Thames. Our room was lovely and cosy ; comfy bed and nice bath ( though there was a leak which we reported) ; It was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was ok - no fruit or GF cereal for a reason that did not stack up ; No GF sausages which is just lazy chefing ( I say this on many reviews) so a GF breakfast reduces to bacon egg and beans - not a problem but with a bit of thought , could be so much better at £15. Does not detract from the fact we would stay...

”The hosts were lovely, and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and warm, and the bed comfortable. Sadly there was occasional noise coming from the road nearby and the trains passing by. Overall it was good.”

”The room was clean and a good size but the carpet needed renewing as it was in bad condition.The bed linen and towels were excellent and the twin beds were comfortable. Our room and our friends room were "shabby".Paint work etc. I complained about the fact that the bath water went cold before I had run very much.There was no soap to use in the bath.Only soap available was fixed to the shower wall and by the washbasin. I was woken up at 5.35am on the morning we were leaving with a text message...

”Where do I start… check in-no one took a deposit so had trouble with having to pay for everything as I couldn't bill room until I finally sorted it at the front desk. Room key didn’t work second day because my reservation of adding a night seemed to confuse staff so had to be at the front desk every morning until that was sorted. Room restock was HORRIBLE. Had to call every night of a 4 night stay because staff had not refreshed at least 1-5things such ascoffee, tissue, sugar, water, spoon,...
