Accommodating up to six guests, it features three bedrooms: a double, a twin, and a bunk room ideal for children. The ground floor boasts an inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for family meals, alongside a cosy separate living room. The lower ground floor reveals a spacious playroom equipped with table football, bean bags, and a variety of games to delight younger guests. A vintage 1964 pinball machine adds a nostalgic touch, although can be temperamental due to its age. Please be aware of the steep staircases leading to the first floor and basement.

With four sandy beaches, shops, and restaurants just a short stroll away, St Ives offers a rich array of activities that cater to diverse interests, all easily accessible via the town’s regular public transport, eliminating the need for a car. You can easily reach one of the beautiful beaches ideal for family fun within a short walk of the property.
