”Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Parking is easy. Staff are amazing and accommodating specially the front desk staff. Hot tub is nice, wish the pool was warm. Cleaning was a miss. Our room was skipped, when it was finally attended after a couple of request, there were garbage dripping on the floor, also obvious it wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The counters weren’t wiped, I had to do them myself, which I wouldn’t mind doing if I had some cleaning kit….just did with...

”I was highly disappointed but glad I only booked for one night. Checking in took about 45 mins. Staff move slow. Then gave me a room that wasn’t clean. The bed had dirty balled up blankets on it. The staff that were supposed to be cleaning up were smoking marijuana and cigarettes. The new room had a funky stinky smell and the bathroom was so small. Save your money because $150 for this. Highway robbery!”

”Another paid/only parking charge of $15. irritating. Hilton hotel is coming all varieties, this one is near the bottom. Old, tired, and not inexpensive.”

”We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it”

”The B&B is located perfectly near all the sights but still in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s super cosy and we loved our room. Breakfast was very tasty but maybe a little small. But that was covered by the excellent afternoon snack that was more than we could have hoped for! Overall very positive stay, would do it again!”

Ihana pieni hotelli vanhassakaupungissa,pysäköinti(ilmainen)sisäpihalla!Huone hyvä Suihku ei kovin hyvä mutta siitä ei voi hottellia moittia koko Yhdysvalloissa ei ole hotellia jossa olisi Suomalaisen mielestä toimiva suikusekoitin. Jos vierailen St.augustinessa joskus uudestaan on valintani varmasti tämä hotelli,suosittelen!”
