”Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. ”Perfectly renovated charming apartment in middle of town, walking distance to downtown, river walk, marina. Watched sunset over Lake Ontario every night. One bedroom, large closets, huge shower, table for 2, computer desk. All you really need. There are other apartments in the building and can hear overhead tenants walking around.”

”Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also. ”
