”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated.”

”Erityismaininnan arvoista oli palvelu. Saimme hotellihuoneen jo klo 11.30, aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen oli varattu klo 13. Ja lähtöpäivänä lähdimme jo ennen aamupalaa, niin hienosti järjestyi ruokaboksi matkaan!”

”Beautiful hotel. Good in every way except it is a protected historic building... That gives character but also means no lift.”

”This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Even though they state it, a hotel with no elevator, no air conditioning in the common areas and with windows that would let in any noise from the street ( thankfully I did not stay on a weekend) cannot be consider as such. The carpet is dirty and dusty in common areas and so are the sofas A good point was the staff, which was nice.”

”Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee”

”Hieno reissu, kaupungin pääkadut vieressä ja matka rautatieasemalta sopiva. Uiminen kanaalissa . onnistui helposti, katua alas, hieman länteen ja suojatien yli, rappuset alas ja ranta olikin siinä. Aamupala tosi hieno”

I booked the smallest room for 3 day trip and as fairly big guy it was a mistake :) Shower so small that i was barely fitting myself in. But the room is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Room itself was clean and bed comfy. ”
