”Very clean and well decorated room. The staff was very pleasant from the moment you pull up to check in all the way to checking out. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Notre Dame.”

”Unfortunately, this hotel is under construction and it does NOT state this on their website. Had we known, we would have chosen a different place to stay. The bar was not open and there was plastic draping all the areas of Construction. Very disappointing. Good customer service is let your customers know of the construction going on before booking so we can decide if it would matter to us.”

”Under construction but for the price I paid I got a really good room. Pool and hot tub were awesome as well as the staff. No breakfast included but I was still very happy overall ”

”Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board.”

”Kids running up and down the hallways all night even after we called down to the lobby. Weird window facing into the hallway? Room was very oddly set up and horrible lighting. ”

”I have stayed here almost every year for the past 20 years, and it's had its ups and downs but lately has gotten better. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is nice, area is fine with good dining options. ”

”Towels were crunchy, I think I had a faulty room the shower would fill up to above the top of my feet before draining consistently (still above my feet but not continuing to fill).”

”Absolute dump. We were hesitant about even leaving our cars parked in the parking lot. The pictures of the property online look like AI generated versions of the sad reality of real life. We ended up booking a different hotel down the street. If you get fooled and book a room here, they will keep your money and not offer any kind of refund when you show up in person to see this scam of a property. ”
