Hotel Ok, Rooftop Pool mit alkoholspendierfreudigen Keeper-wenn man das mag..;-) Die Mitarbeiter sind fast alle sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig im, all inklusive enthaltenen, Lume war das Personal sehr herablassend. Ein selbstgewählter Tisch musste verlassen werden, da für 4 Personen. Um danach dann 2 Personen dort hinzusetzen!! Getränkekarte wurde nicht überreicht, der Wunsch danach mit: "das ist nicht inbegriffen!" beantwortet. Ich hätte mir ne Menge inkl. entsprechend Trinkgeld leisten können, aber ohne Getränkekarte? Mir wurde ja nicht mal:"ich will dasselbe wie dort am Tisch",serviert Das Steak war dazu zäh und eine nicht bestellte Speise wurde versucht zu servieren. Wir waren schon mehrfach in dem Hotel, aber die negative Erfahrung im lume hat ein weiteres Mal für lange Zeit ausgeschlossen. Auch wenn ich das Hotel, inkl. Meerblickzimmer (nie wieder ohne!) an sich sehr schätze und empfehle. Nur bei der Restaurantauswahl ist eines nicht zu empfehlen. Alle anderen waren top.

Nice place little older you can always find parking right in front , dining options decent small choice but food decent in all the restaurants . Staff decently friendly some more some less def clean and safe very convenient access to tours and buses. And other restaurants nice view

Booked with this lovely hotel but had to cancel as our son was really poorly with a chronic stomach bag. Hotel refused to give us the money back. Avoid !!!! make sure you have package fully flexible

Poor housekeeping, they didn’t stock tea and coffee daily, took our towels no replacing with fresh, phone in room didn’t work. Nice gym and good location .It was noisy as they carried on building works above and under the room .

Went for a 5 day break, great location loved the roof top views easy access to transport and a nice buffet variety, definitely book the sea view room as it adds to the experience, really pleasant staff.

How nice the staff were , and the best ever all inclusive food ive ever had , very quiet at bed time , very confertable beds , always hot water , it was kinda hot during the night and couldnt get the air conditioner to get cold

I liked my stay very much. The staff are all friendly. A big thank you to Otman at reception helped a lot during check in. The staff at the bar in Lume are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are so nice, we had a nice balcony and view. We will be for sure back.

Nice facilities and food but room needs refurb.
Stayed here about 20 years ago and nice to see that they've clearly spent some money refurbishing the place. There were a lot of things that I couldn't fault, the breakfast/rooftop pool and bar as well as rooms on other floors which looked nice and new and clean. Unfortunately, the room we were put in wasn't one of the refurbished rooms so looked pretty tired, the shower wasn't best and the bathroom had a funny smell of drains. Outside of the room, we had a very pleasant stay so it wouldn't put me off going back. I'd just want to make sure I was in one of the newly finished rooms instead or, hopefully, they find the time to do the rest of the rooms (like the one we stayed in) up the same.

Poor facilities, cheap alcohol. Good waiting staff, awful receptionist staff, location is good. Building still going on. First room was opposite a building site and we were woken at 6am with loud noises. The second room had single beds but they didn't make it into a double bed despite repeated requests. Awful hotel experience overall.

L’hotel est tres trop frequente . Les gens criét dans les couloirs le personnel oublie de nettoyer les chambre, part avec les cles des chambres, l’accueil est toujours bondé donc difficile de discuter avec le lobby pas de room service ni de salle de sport contrairement a ce qu’il y a d’indiqué. Une mention tres speciale pour le personnel de nuit edwards et son collegue d’origine marocaine qui parle francais.. ces deux personnes ont étés absolument super et ultra pro.

Don’t waste your money!
I had two nights in the superior double sea view, I paid over €300 and the room was as basic as they come. The decor reminded me of a poor butlins back in the day. No water in the room, tea or coffee. The noise from the hotel entertainment bellowed like it was in my bedroom at midnight. Absolute waste of money. I spent just over €500 for 5 nights in the dolmen, top floor sea view and the difference in standard was huge. Thank goodness I had a 2nd place booked. The staff but not all were rude and not accommodating. The staff at the dolmen couldn’t do enough for you to ensure my stay was lovely!

For breakfast you get the same every day, no variations. The rooms are worn, and need a little upgrade. It's not in any way a spa hotel.
