”I rarely write reviews, but after what I experienced at South 32 Hotel, I feel a responsibility to warn other travellers. From the moment I checked in, my room's air conditioning was broken, blowing hot air in the middle of hot weather. I reported it to reception on day one. Nothing happened. ”What an excellent boutique hotel! We arrived very late and although the front desk staff departs at 9pm, we were able to enter without issue with the provided doorcode. Our room had everything we needed and the bed was amazing. The morning breakfast had plenty to offer and was perfect after a day of travel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.”

”I needed accomodation near the airport for an early flight. There is just a 20 minute walk from Joseluce Guesthouse to the Malta airport. There is no staff at the guesthouse, and you get door codes so you can get in. The room was nice and clean, recommended!”

”Location is the only plus. The room was filthy: a pizza box was left behind, toilet paper scraps were on the bathroom floor, and a used spoon was behind the TV. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged with a disgusting clump of hair. When I complained, they promised a cleaning service at a certain time, but they arrived three hours late. This place is poorly managed and unhygienic. Find somewhere else to stay.”

”The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. ”
