”Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!”

”The price was low but the rooms were in terrible disrepair. There was a hole punched in one of the walls, duct tape on the bathroom door, tape wrapped around the bath faucet and the room was really dirty. The AC worked well and the sheets were clean and that was all I needed. I’m an Appalachian Trail thru hiker so I’m used to not so clean accommodations so it didn’t bother me so much but I would imagine it would have been unacceptable for most guests. ”The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”

”Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. ”Did not like the Continental Breakfast. No hot food, not even a waffle maker so we passed. I expected much better.”

”We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served.”

”I stay here whenever I am in town because it's the cheapest and check-in is always easy, even after 10 pm. However, the room I had this time had some plumbing challenges. Clogged bath, loose toilet seat. Enough towels for one person and stained. But I understand many towels are stolen quite often at this location. The place always serves the primary purpose, which is a place to stay late when the races get out, and is easy enough to leave first thing in the morning. Grateful for the $22 discount...
