When we arrived, my family ran to the pool, only to find the pool completely green. The hosts sent a pool tech out on our third day there, he was on site for only 30 minutes and left the pool in the same condition he found it in. On our last day, when we checked out the pool was still green. This property has zero furniture for clothing and only 10 hangers in all the closets, forcing us to live out of our suitcases for our entire stay. There are zero mirrors apart from the vanity mirrors in the bathrooms, a big deal when traveling with 5 women. The house sleeps 8 people, but only 4 towels were provided. The kitchen has very little to offer outside of standard plates, bowls, and silverware. We would have cleaned up the house better had there been anything to clean with. In summary, this property offered less than a hotel room and is very minimalistic in all respects.

If you are looking for a location close to downtown St Pete this place fits the requirement, however the place itself has the bare minimums needed to stay. The pool light was hanging out of its socket inside the pool and was dirty along with the rest of outside looks unkept. The pool pump work come on late at night and run all night. It’s located right outside a bedroom window, so unfortunate for the person in that room. One room does not have a working ceiling fan, which for Florida, is a necessity.Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but it wasn’t a great one either.

My family of 5 stayed here. Reviews are important! Tried to charge me an extra money for a family member that was able to come last minute, I had to contact Vrbo and they contacted the host to get the charge taken off. Still don’t understand why we were charged, we had less than 6 people staying. The inside was clean the outside needs lots of TLC. Asked when trash pick up was, still was never told. No dressers in rooms, few hangers in the closets expect to live out of suitcase. No bedside tables. Not enough cookware for cooking for family. No whisk, flippers, long spoons for cooking, no bake sheets for oven!! Exspect minimum. Teflon skillet needs thrown away. 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. Not enough couch space for family of 6 to sit in family room together , 3 cushion couch. Pool level was extremely low and water was dirty, they came out and put chemicals in never swept, I had to stay for 2 hours and turn water off cause pool guy wouldn’t come back. The next day we stayed for a pool day, pump never came on, contacted host several times he said pool guy said I was to turn on pump. I didn’t know he shut it off nor did I know where to turn it on. Spot light in pool area at night so can’t swim unless you want a bright light shinning on you. Ring camera faces pool really strange and uncomfortable while swimming. Sent me a pic to turn on pump in a live electrical box cause he wasn’t sending anyone out. I have many messages and pics to host for days with no resolution on the pool.
